“This has been our favorite hotel of the Sunday River area. We went in August and they had the pool at probably 94F, easy to walk in and relax for a while. Each night they had a nice diy drink setup with instructions. Each night the outdoor fire place was going - one night was marshmallows to roast.. the other night full on smores. Internet was fast. “We cycled to the motel so were unable to bring our own food. The motel is a few miles from the nearest restaurant - too far to cycle for a meal out. The manager kindly offered to buy food for us which was there on our arrival. We grilled the sausages on the gas grill. There were tables and chairs next to the grill and undercover. We later sat around a fire. The wood was provided free of charge. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. ”

“In assoluto la peggiore esperienza del nostro viaggio in US. La struttura è vecchia e maltenuta, piscina e palestra avrebbero bisogno di una pesante ristrutturazione. La nostra camera si presentava sporca (ho dovuto addirittura togliere gli insetti morti dalla maniglia della porta prima ancora di entrare, le tende erano piene di ragni) ma anche una pulizia più profonda non avrebbe potuto rimediare alla totale mancanza di manutenzione del bagno (macchie e crepe su muri, vasca da bagno, wc) e...

“Definitely make arrangements for food before arrival, whether grocery shopping or take out. This beautiful Inn is nestled far away from hustle and noise. All you are surrounded by is nature and beauty. Rooms are a bit dusty but comfortable. The staff are very accommodating and kind. We enjoyed our stay here. ”

“We absolutely loved almost everything about our stay! We loved the historic, boutique feel of the hotel, the beautiful registration area, the fitness center, the tavern, the room, the hallways even with the old pictures, the beautiful setting, the cute little town, and nearby playground and skatepark.
